phase 1 - concept design

We begin with a site visit, measurements, and a detailed design brief to understand your aspirations, taste, and practical needs. From there, we develop the first creative direction through moodboards and early concepts, giving your project a clear visual and emotional foundation.
phase 2 - detail design & documentation

Once the concept is aligned, we translate it into a complete design package. This includes floor plans, elevations, 3D design, renderings, FF&E selections, and the key documentation needed to move the project forward with clarity.
