Vivian now focuses on F&B, commercial, and residential projects, connecting brand, function, and atmosphere to create spaces that feel cohesive and lived in. For homes, Vivian works closely with clients through every stage, using detailed 3D visuals and clear drawings so what gets built matches what they see, reducing surprises during renovation. Richard, an architect and MBA graduate, supports with project management and admin, helping keep timelines, budgets, and communication on track.
